Specific rights:

Run for elected positions, including the Board of Directors and the office of President, after completing one full year of membership
Elect and remove directors from the Board
Attend Board meetings in a nonvoting capacity when specifically invited
Vote on amendments to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws
