Membership Categories
Graduates, professionals, students, instructors, and organizations are all welcome to apply.
We welcome individuals and organizations who support the mission of SAE. Apply for the membership level that matches your experience. If you reside in Afghanistan or you’re an Honorary member, you pay no dues.
Membership Levels:
- Regular: For individuals who have graduated from university or college in architecture and/or engineering.
- Associate: For organizations of any legal structure that are associated or involved with the practice in the fields of architecture and/or engineering.
- Student: For individuals who are undergoing university/college education in the engineering and/or architecture fields.
- Honorary: For individuals with an academic or distinguished professional career in engineering and/or architecture, or any Society member whose total membership years as a Regular Member combined with such member's age exceeds 80 years. Honorary members are exempt from paying dues.
Membership dues are $120 per year.
