An “Associate Member” is an organization of any legal structure that is associated with or involved in the practice of architecture and/or engineering.

Specific rights:

• Run for elected positions, including the Board or President, through an individual representative appointed by the organization, provided the organization has been a member for at least one year
• Elect and remove directors from the Board
• Attend Board meetings in a nonvoting capacity when specifically invited
• Vote on amendments to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws
