Between August and November 2012, the Society of Afghan Engineers and partners conducted an 11-week workshop in Kabul, training over 30 professionals on the 2006 International Building Code (IBC) to ensure safer construction practices. In response to the escalating crisis in Afghanistan, our fundraising campaign raised $10,100 to support internally displaced families. Collaborating with Afghan Relief in Kabul and the Selab Charity Foundation in Kandahar, we provided essential supplies to over 230 families in urgent need.
